Anti-Fragile Human. Work with me

Other Initiatives

Things I'm Building.

Beyond my professional work, I've been building a few things around books, conversations, communities and questions that matter to me.

01

Anti-Fragile Circle

A community for curious minds.

I started Anti-Fragile Circle because I wanted to create a space where people could read, think, disagree and have meaningful conversations without the pressure of constantly being productive.

Today, it is a digital community of over 1,000 people brought together by books, art, music and ideas. We host reading sessions, exchange perspectives and occasionally become friends with people we might never have met otherwise.

Books

Some stories need more than an essay.

I have always been fascinated by human behaviour, particularly the things people conceal, the decisions they regret and the strange ways in which love, ambition and circumstances shape their lives.

Fiction gives me the freedom to explore these questions through characters and worlds of my own making.

My three works include Things We Do in the Dark, City of Small Tremors and Letters to My Wrong Person.

The 10,000 Breaths Project

What does it take to make a city care?

Living in Delhi, I've spent years watching air pollution become an annual conversation that somehow disappears from public attention even as the problem persists.

The 10,000 Breaths Project is my citizen-led experiment to understand how pollution affects people, what they do about it and what prevents meaningful participation.

The goal is to collect 10,000 responses and stories from across Delhi NCR, and use those insights to explore possibilities for collective action.
